Withdrawal Notice

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of withdrawal to Vehilo, for example by email.

Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If you request that Vehilo starts the service before the withdrawal period ends, value compensation may be due for services already performed by the time of withdrawal. Once the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right may expire if the statutory consent and acknowledgement requirements were met before work began.

This voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory right of withdrawal.

• Before work starts, you can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
• If a listing disappears or is clearly unsuitable before substantive work starts, we offer either a full refund or one free switch to another suitable listing.
• If work has started and you withdraw, we charge at most the legally permitted value compensation for work already performed and refund the rest.
• If Vehilo materially misses the promised delivery time for reasons within our control and the service is no longer useful to you, we offer a refund or a new delivery slot.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
